Metoclopramide is another anti-nausea and vomiting drug that works by a different mechanism and is used in severe nausea and vomiting along with ondansetron or granisetron. Metoclopramide is a more complicated drug than these and is added to granisetron or ondansetron if necessary.

Considering that psychological aspects also play a role in causing nausea and vomiting due to chemotherapy, gaining patients’ trust in the effectiveness of the drug will affect the success of the product. Oncology patients are always sensitive to the quality and credibility of the brand of drug they use because they have a serious illness.
